Located on the “North End” of Carolina Beach, you’ll be steps away (0.1 miles) from public beach access (listen for the waves!), an 8 minute (0.4 miles) walk to Freeman Park, and a 4 minute drive (1.3 miles) to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. A convenient location on the island for a relaxing day by the ocean and all of the restaurants, nightlife, family activities that CB has to offer.
The space
The property was completely remodeled down to the studs in a year-long renovation completed in 2022! Everything is brand new – roof, siding, hurricane impact windows/doors, decks, plumbing, electrical, sheet rock/drywall, flooring, appliances, countertops, cabinets, bathrooms, furniture…. everything!
– Private top apartment of duplex – 2 Bed / 1 Bath.
– There are guests that stay below in a separate unit.
– Located 1 block from the beach with public access – Just a 2 minute walk!
– Fully stocked kitchen & appliances: Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, french-press, tea kettle, blender, toaster, silverware/knife set, glasses, mugs, dishes, pots/pans, bakeware. Kid’s plastic silverware, plates, bowls, and sippy cups too!
– Laundry: Full size washer & dryer with a couple detergent pods provided.
– Living Room: Central AC/Heat, Smart TV in main living room (Apps for you to sign into: Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN+, Fox Sports, CBS Sports, MLB Network Disney+, ABC, TBS, YouTube, Spotify, Amazon Music, etc.)
– Pack ‘n’ play and high chair available
– Bedrooms: 2 high quality King beds/ mattresses, linens/pillows.
– High-speed WiFi
– Workspace/desk located in one bedroom with power strip and desk light.
– Outdoor spaces: New Trex Select Composite deck boards!
— Long front porch with 4 Adirondack chairs for sipping coffee in the morning, or to enjoy a beverage of your choosing to watch the beautiful and colorful sunsets during the evening, you can see a small view of the Bay to the left.
— Spacious back deck with a small ocean view on the left-hand-side. Comfortable cushioned furniture, coffee table, and bar table. Listen close to hear the waves while hanging out in the back!
— An outdoor shower head and foot-wash is located on the very bottom level of the back of the house. Hot & cold.
– Bathroom Towels: Bath towel, hand towel, and washcloths.
Beach Towels NOT provided.
– Extras provided: Enough shampoo/conditioner/body soap, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pod, and kitchen “goodies” to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
Guest access
– Entry To Top Apartment- Walk through the open carport towards the backyard, stairs located on the left-hand-side, walk up both flights of stairs (30 total steps), arrive at apartment door.
– Lockbox with code for key entry – code will be specific to you and will be sent with check-in instructions upon arrival.
– Full access to the private apartment (except one bedroom closet is owners closet).
– Parking: Free parking up to 3 vehicles – reserved in-line open carport & driveway parking with sign “A” located on the left side of driveway/carport.
Other things to note
– The property is located next to “Freeman Park” where 4×4/4WD vehicles are permitted to enter with the purchase of a pass. You may hear noise/ music from trucks and jeeps heading to and from the park.
– The property is located on the “North End” – This is an extremely popular surfing spot in Carolina Beach – you will likely have the local neighborhood kids walk through the left side of the yard with their boards to hit the waves.

We work in Digital & Global Ecommerce Strategy in New York City and love experiencing all the great things this city has to offer, from it’s delicious and innovative restaurants and great museums, to walking home from work along the high-line.
